About Me

Hello! My name is Christine. I'm a wife and a mother to four boys and we have a baby girl in heaven.  We have lived here in Arizona for 7 years now, we moved here from the beautiful Pacific Northwest where I grew up.

I love to make and create things with my hands, whether it's art, crafts, sewing, or home improvement projects.  My grandma taught me how to sew when I was a young girl, my sister and I would spend the summer with her and work on a sewing project or two while at her house.  I've been able to use that skill to make many things for myself, others, and to sell.  As I sew more as I get older, I'm always learning new things and growing in my sewing skills.

I especially love fabrics! I'm drawn to beautiful fabrics, the colors, the patterns, and the texture. In 2009 I opened my Etsy shop, Fabrically Delicious. It's a fabric shop that has supported my fabric addiction and I continue to enjoy running it.

I started teaching sewing in Fall 2016 when a friend asked if I would teach her daughter. I had thought about doing classes in my home before, but this was the extra push that I needed and I have LOVED every minute of it!!! My students are ages 8+.  I love to help others learn to love to sew and create their own beautiful things!  I find sewing very therapeutic and I want others to find that too!
